Reign roofing did an outstanding job for us replacing our roof. The estimator came out the next day after we called Reign roofing. He took picture's of our roof and explained the issue's that we had in our existing roof. After we signed the contract for Reign to replace our roof, they start the job within three days. They had a crew come out the day before the repairs started, to place tarps over our plants and scrubs to protect them. The crew came the next day, removed our existing roof and installed the new roof all in one day. We have a large home with a detached garage. The job required 62 squares of shingles to replace the roofing. Rain was expected all day, but rain held off until the crew completed the total job. We highly recommend Reign roofing and excellent roofing company with outstanding workmanship and leadership. ~ DJ

The Reign roofing crew went above anything I expected from a roofing company. They had professional, nice-looking equipment, including shields to protect our landscaping. They also took care to protect our pool during the process as well. As luck would have it, just as they finished removing the old shingles, we had a rain downpour. They worked quickly to cover the entire roof with plastic, and we had no leaks. (They even went over to a neighbor’s house to help a different roofing company’s crew get their roof covered.) Although the roofing process is inherently messy, they were meticulous in cleaning up afterward, including using a magnet to collect any stray nails from the grass and patio area. Great roofing company, 5 star experience. Concerned about storm damage and roof integrity and Reign checked out my roof then worked with insurance and inspectors to facilitate a speedy process. They came out to meet the inspector and walk the roof with them to confirm the damage. Extremely knowledgeable and very easy company to work with. The day of replacement went smoothly with great communication beforehand. My wife works from home and they offered her temporary office space to be away from the noise. Reign has a dedicated clean-up crew working along the roofers to get shingles, nails and any debris during the process. They carefully covered my pool and didn't get any materials in it as well as installed bags in all my downspouts for later debris that will come down during rain. Would highly recommend to anyone! ~ Pete W

I was beyond impressed with Reign Roofing. Jeremy Williams and his team far exceeded my expectations. Jeremy was with me every step of the way from the initial assessment of damage, working with my insurance company to submit pictures, coming to meet the adjuster for the appointment to ensuring all was sorted with the paperwork and payments. He made everything super seamless by using online forms and contracts and was able to get his roofers out within days of the claim being approved. His team did an excellent job replacing our roof and was able to get it all done within a day! Buying a roof isn't very fun, particularly when you're paying out of pocket, but Jeremy and the Reign Roofing team were incredibly professional from beginning to end. They took time to explain every element of the process, gave me options on pricing and suggested multiple solutions to specific issues I wanted addressed. Reign Roofing handled a roof replacement for one of my listings recently and the experience was all around stress free and seamless! Reign Roofing is a very professional, quality oriented, trustful and helpful company. All began 14 months ago when Freyer came out to inspect for hail damage. He took excellent pictures and sent them to our insurance company. He hired the necessary people for the claim and it was handled beyond expectations. We had a new roof put on and the workers were all very hardworking ; we felt comfortable we didn’t even have to look over their shoulder. Freyer checked to see it was completed to our satisfaction. We had a small correction and it was addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. We were so happy with the roof we had Freyer’s’ brothers company complete other work which also was completed superiorly. We definitely recommend Reign Roofing and Freyer. Have to mention this is a high quality company from the Distributions , Oliver Edgar project manager and Connor whom took care of paperwork and business. We recently went through a number of roofing companies to start the process of getting our roof replaced. We choose to continue with Matt from Reign Roofing. He was professional, timely, informative and honest when it came to the hail damage in our roof. One thing that impressed me was that he came when our insurance adjuster were doing their inspection. We are scheduled to get our roof replaced by the first week of next month but so far, we are highly impressed by how smooth the entire processs has been and how they try their best to work with our schedule. ~ Marisol G

WOW!!! Is the first thing that comes to mind. Very professional when we first meet. Gave me his business card and introduced himself (Jeremy Williams) He new I had a 30 year roof and Said it was in great shape. I just had one little leak, after 10 years. Jeremy gave me several options on how to address the problem. I asked what is best. He said go the less expensive route. Honest for sure! Jeremy knows roofs. Unbelievable experience with Reign Roofing. They finished my project ahead of schedule, did great work, and went the extra mile. Excellent communication throughout the process, including dealing with insurance. They protected our property from any debris damage and also protected the neighbors’ property. I can’t recommend Reign Roofing enough. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a full roof replacement and new gutters installed on time and on budget, just as promised. Oliver was in contact with us every step of the process and is wonderful to work with. Zach made sure to speak to us each day to see if we had any concerns. Really terrific people. Reign roofing was amazing!!! I was under a time constraint and we were expecting a storm next week so I really needed help with my roof quickly. The entire process with Reign roofing was simple and easy and they did a great job. Jeremy called me right back whenever necessary and followed thru on everything. Matt and Jeremy took great care of us. They handled all the insurance work and did exactly what they said and when they said. I couldn't believe that they could do my whole roof in just one day. I went to work as they were arriving and when I came home, all their stuff was gone, the brand-new shiny roof was complete and looks great. You couldn't even tell they had been there.
